If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About 4AEVUM
4AEVUM provides a personal wellness and longevity service designed to help users organise, view and understand information relating to their health, biology, aging and activity over time.
Depending on the services available to you, 4AEVUM may display or interpret information including:
activity and lifestyle information;
health and wellness measurements;
laboratory results;
biological-age and DNA-methylation information;
genetic or genomic information;
information from connected services;
trends and comparisons between different measurements.
The features available may change over time and may differ between users, countries or service packages.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a standard 4AEVUM account unless we expressly offer a service intended for younger users with appropriate authorisation.
You may use the Services only for lawful personal purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.
You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

permit unauthorised access to another person's health or biological information;
attempt to gain access to another user's account.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other users or 4AEVUM.
4. The 4AEVUM Services

maintain a personal longitudinal wellness record;
view health and laboratory measurements;
view biological-age or aging-related estimates;
view genomic or genetic information;
view activity and lifestyle trends;
compare information over time;
receive personalised informational explanations;
connect supported third-party services;
receive results from participating testing providers.
Not all features will necessarily be available to every user.
Some features may depend on information supplied by laboratories, connected services or other third parties.
We may add, modify or discontinue features from time to time.
5. Wellness and Informational Purpose
4AEVUM is intended for general health, wellness, educational and informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated as part of a separately regulated service, 4AEVUM does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
Information provided through the Services should not be treated as a substitute for the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a physician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
You should seek professional medical advice regarding questions concerning your health or before making decisions relating to medical treatment.
You should not start, stop or change prescription medication based solely on information displayed by 4AEVUM.
If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency medical service.
6. Health and Laboratory Information
4AEVUM may display health measurements or laboratory results provided by you, a laboratory or another authorised source.
Laboratory values may vary depending on:
testing methods;
reference ranges;
timing;
biological variation;
laboratory practices;
other individual circumstances.
Information displayed through 4AEVUM may therefore differ from information provided by another laboratory or healthcare professional.
4AEVUM does not guarantee that laboratory or third-party information is complete, error-free or suitable for any particular medical purpose.
Where a laboratory or healthcare provider performs testing independently, its own terms may also apply.
7. Genetic and Genomic Information
Where supported, the Services may display or interpret genetic or genomic information.
Genetic information may indicate associations, tendencies or inherited characteristics.
Such information:
does not necessarily mean that a condition will develop;
does not necessarily mean that a condition is currently present;
may change in interpretation as scientific knowledge develops;
may require professional or clinical confirmation before being used for medical purposes.
Genetic interpretation is probabilistic and should be considered together with other relevant information.
4AEVUM may update or reinterpret previously available genomic information as scientific knowledge or our Services develop.
8. DNA Methylation and Biological Age
The Services may display biological-age, pace-of-aging or related estimates derived from DNA methylation or other biological information.
These results are model-based estimates.
They do not:
determine your actual lifespan;
guarantee future health;
diagnose disease;
establish that your organs or body are literally a particular chronological age.
Different biological-age models may produce different results.
Results are generally more useful when considered as part of a broader record or followed over time.
9. Activity and Connected Services
You may be able to connect Apple Health, wearable devices or other supported services.
Connecting such services is optional unless a particular feature specifically requires them.
Information received from connected services may depend on:
the device used;
permissions granted;
data availability;
recording frequency;
third-party algorithms;
the accuracy of the connected service.
Missing activity information does not necessarily mean that no activity occurred.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
10. Automated and AI-Assisted Information
Some 4AEVUM features may use software, algorithms, statistical methods or artificial intelligence to organise information, identify patterns or generate explanations.
Automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Such output should be used as informational context and not as the sole basis for medical decisions.
We may change the models, algorithms or methods used by the Services as the product develops.
11. Testing Services and Third Parties
Certain 4AEVUM services may involve independent providers such as:
laboratories;
sequencing providers;
DNA-methylation providers;
sample-collection services;
logistics companies;
healthcare professionals;
technology providers.
Where a third party provides a separate product or service, that provider may have its own terms.
4AEVUM is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third parties except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Availability, processing times and results may depend on those providers.
12. Purchases and Payments
Certain Services may require payment.
The applicable price and payment terms will be shown before purchase.
Payments may be processed:
through the Apple App Store or another app marketplace;
through our website;
through a payment provider;
through a partner or reseller.
Where payment is made through an app store or third party, that provider's payment, cancellation and refund rules may also apply.
Where 4AEVUM sells a package containing laboratory testing, sample collection or other services performed outside the application, the terms shown at purchase may contain additional conditions relating to those services.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
13. Subscriptions
If 4AEVUM offers subscription-based Services, the price, billing period and features will be displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled.
You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before renewal if you do not wish it to continue.
Any legally required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
14. Your Right to Use the Services
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the application, software, reports, designs or other intellectual property to you.
4AEVUM and its licensors retain ownership of the Services and associated intellectual property, including where applicable:
software;
designs;
user interfaces;
branding;
reports;
interpretation formats;
algorithms;
models;
explanatory content.
Your personal underlying information remains subject to the rights described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15. Information You Provide
You may provide information, files or other materials to the Services.
You retain your rights in information that belongs to you.
You give 4AEVUM permission to use information you provide to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Services to you.
You must have the right to provide any information you upload.
You should not upload another person's health, genomic or other personal information unless you have appropriate permission to do so.
16. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
violate applicable law;
access another person's account without authorisation;
upload information you do not have permission to provide;
interfere with or disrupt the Services;
bypass access controls or security measures;
introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful software;
attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
scrape or systematically extract information from the Services without permission;
use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Services;
use the Services to infringe another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access where these rules are materially violated.
17. Intellectual Property
The 4AEVUM name, logos, product design, software, reports and other materials are owned by 4AEVUM or used under licence.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected 4AEVUM materials without our written permission except where expressly permitted by law.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the 4AEVUM Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described in that policy.
Where your consent is required for a particular type of processing, we will request it separately where appropriate.
19. Availability and Changes
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
every feature will always be available;
access will always be uninterrupted;
every device will remain supported;
every third-party integration will remain available;
information will always be displayed without delay.
We may update the application or Services to:
introduce new features;
improve performance;
address technical issues;
respond to changes in third-party services;
meet legal or operational requirements.
You may need to install an updated version to continue using certain functionality.
20. No Guarantee of Results
Individual health, lifestyle and biological outcomes differ.
4AEVUM does not guarantee that use of the Services will:
improve health;
slow aging;
reduce biological age;
prevent illness;
increase lifespan;
achieve any specific physical or wellness result.
Information in the Services should be considered in context rather than as a guarantee of future outcomes.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy or continuous availability of the Services except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties or consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4AEVUM will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Services where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
4AEVUM is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on informational or wellness content where the Services expressly state that professional medical advice should be obtained.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including failures of:
communications networks;
third-party laboratories;
app stores;
connected devices;
external platforms;
internet services.
Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
23. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
You may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy and within the application where that functionality is available.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because:
you materially breach these Terms;
you use the Services unlawfully;
your use presents a security risk;
required payments remain unpaid;
continuation of a feature is no longer reasonably possible;
we are legally required to do so.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services or information.
Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that 4AEVUM endorses the third party.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, products or privacy practices.
25. Apple App Store Terms
If you download or use the 4AEVUM application through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and 4AEVUM, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for providing or operating the 4AEVUM Services.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for 4AEVUM.
Your use of the application must comply with applicable Apple App Store terms.
To the extent required by Apple's applicable terms, Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of the provisions relating to your licence to use the application.
If the application fails to conform to an applicable warranty for which Apple is legally responsible, you may notify Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable policies.
Except to the extent required by law or Apple's applicable terms, 4AEVUM, and not Apple, is responsible for claims relating to the Services.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services develop or legal requirements change.
The current version will be made available through the application or website.
Where a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

28. Governing Law

Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the competent courts at the registered seat of 4AEVUM AG.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law grants that right.
29. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure by 4AEVUM to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to another person without our permission except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition, sale of business or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with any additional terms shown for a particular service and our Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing your use of 4AEVUM.
